PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failure of disconnection of signal lines. SOLUTION: In a display device 1 which is provided with a substrate 101, a plurality of scanning lines 130 which are arranged on the substrate 101, a plurality of signal lines 120 which are arranged by being made to roughly cross the scanning lines 130 at right angles, thin film transistors 140 which are arranged in the vicinity of the intersections of the scanning lines 130 and the signal lines 120 and display pixels each of which is connected to the thin transistor 140, the scanning line 130 and a gate electrode G of the thin film transistor 140 are integrally formed and at intersection parts of the scanning lines 130 and the signal lines 120, the tapered angleθ2 of the scanning line 130 is formed so as to become smaller than the tapered angleθ1 of the gate electrode G.
