PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive having excellent adhesion between various kinds of rubbers such as a nitrile rubber (NBR), an ethylene/propylene-based copolymer rubber (EPDM), silicone rubber, fluororubber (FKM) such as fluorosilicone rubber, vinylidene fluoride-based rubber, tetrafluoroethylene- propylene-based rubber, phosphazene-based rubber, etc., and various kinds of metals (such as steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum, brass, zinc, copper alloy, etc.). SOLUTION: This composition for vulcanization adhesion between a metal and a rubber comprises an acid phosphate containing a polymerizable double bond in the molecule and/or its salt.
