<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity type quaywall structure in which various types constituted by combining only the merit and feature of a conventional quaywall structure are used together. <P>SOLUTION: The gravity type quaywall structure is composed of a space section, in which the inside is hollowed and upper and lower sections are opened, and four peripheral side walls. A large number of stages of hollow blocks in which female keys and male keys are formed in the vertical direction are laminated on the top face of a riprap foundation stage up to a fixed height on the left-right side peripheral walls of the four peripheral walls, and the internal space sections of the hollow blocks are filled with ripraps. Sinking sections in which an intermediate stage section can be sunk are formed to the upper sections of the left-right side walls of the upper-stage hollow blocks in the intermediate-stage blocks laminated at a large number of stages, and the ripraps filled up to approximately the halves of the sinking sections are further filled. A lower stage section in which a large number of stages of the hollow blocks are laminated by a filling with the ripraps from lower-stage hollow blocks, and the intermediate-stage section blocks as an L-shaped spiral type structure are installed and fixed on the top faces of the ripraps at the lower stage section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
