<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device capable of reducing power consumption in a flow velocity sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A heater control means 9a-1 starts intermittently heating by a heater 14, and stops heating by the heater 14 before outputs of temperature sensors 12, 13 changing corresponding to heating start by the heater 14 are saturated. An integration control means 9a-3 allows an integration means 6 to integrate the outputs of the temperature sensors 12, 13 during the whole period of heating by the heater 14.
