PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool control system which can conduct highly precise control, without being influenced by disturbances. SOLUTION: The system is organized with following parts; an order-value generating part 64 which generates order-values for ordering motion of a machine tool 66, a correction data storing part 67, which beforehand sets the correction values which make each position of works and/or tools installed on the machine tool 66 and/or each rotation angle of them variables, stores them, and outputs the corresponding correction values corresponding to the positions or rotation angles, at which the works or tools exists under operation of the machine tool 66, and a motion control part 65 which makes the machine tool 66 operate, based on the correction values output from the correction data storing part 67.
