PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative feedback amplifier having a shortened feedback circuit length and proper characteristics. SOLUTION: In a negative feedback amplifier equipped with an amplifier circuit 13 for amplifying an input signal and a feedback circuit 18 for returning a part of an output of the amplifier circuit 13 from the output side to the input side, the amplifier circuit 13 comprises a first FET (field effect transistor) 141 and a second FET142, and the feedback circuit 18 is arranged between the first FET141 and the second FET142.
