Composite pipe with a PTFE inner layer and a fibre-reinforced plastic outer layer

The compound pipe has an inner tube layer (1) of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and an outer layer (5) of a fiber-reinforced plastics. An intermediate layer (2) has a surface layer (3) on one side of perfluoroalkoxy tetrafluoroethylene (PFA). The other side of the intermediate layer is a woven textile material (4) of glass or carbon fibers. The PFA surface of the intermediate layer is welded to the outer surface (6) of the PTFE inner tube.
