PURPOSE: A device for injecting ultra low temperature compressed air is provided to prevent the temperature of a workpiece from rising by injecting the ultra low temperature compressed air into a cutting part. CONSTITUTION: A compressor compresses air with a predetermined compression ratio. A filtering unit filters impurities from the compressed air(10). A first cooling unit(20) cools the compressed air firstly. A dehumidifier(30) removes humidity from the cooled air. A second cooling unit(40) cools the dehumidified air secondly, and has an evaporator(42) in a cooling cycle(60). A vortex tube(70) cools and discharges the air at lower temperature.
