PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet which has regular or irregular protuberances or indents or has a corrugation at least on the side in one direction, and of which the effect of color/brightness is made clear by the specific properties of the front side and the opposite side. SOLUTION: A core sheet 1 is constituted of a thermoplastic resin prepared by a process of hardening wood fibers or cellulose fibers, or the wood fibers and the cellulose fibers, impregnated with a thermosetting phenol-formaldehyde resin, by a hot press. A core is hot-pressed together with a curved component disposed on the surface thereof and made of the wood fibers or the cellulose fibers, or of the wood fibers and the cellulose fibers. The component is distributed to be uniform, nonuniform or both uniform and nonuniform across the surface of the core. The contour and the height of the curved component are identical or different in size, and the same is applicable also to the shape thereof.
