PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling device of good responsibility without being influenced by changing of a swiveling angular speed of a work bench. SOLUTION: This leveling device 40 has a leveling cylinder 41 vertically swiveling a work bench provided in a tip end part of a boom freely to perform boom hoisting, an angle sensor 43 detecting an absolute tilt angle of the work bench, and a servo controller 51 controlling operation of the leveling cylinder 41. The angle sensor 43 has a weight type servo tilt-meter 44, a gyro sensor 47 detecting a swivel angular speed of the work bench, and a tilt angle setting part 48 for setting a tilt angle of the work bench in accordance with these detection values. The tilt angle setting part 48 sets the detection value from the servo-tilt meter 44 to a tilt angle of the work bench when the swivel angular speed is at a low speed, to set a swivel angle calculating the swivel angular speed from the gyro sensor 47 when the swivel angular speed is at a high speed. The servo controller 51 controls the leveling cylinder 41 operated in accordance with the swivel angle from the tilt angle setting part 48. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
