<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a toner superior in dispersion of a colorant and controlled in the dispersion degree of a charge controlling agent and a wax. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the toner has an open roll type continuous kneader having functions for heating and cooling a composition containing a kneaded product obtained by melting and mixing a colorant in a binder resin in advance, the binder resin and the charge controlling agent and at the time of melting and kneading, the kneader is provided with feed inlets in plural positions along a axial direction of a roll of the kneader, and the kneaded product and the binder resin and the charge controlling agent are continuously fed from the end of the roll 0 L-0.9 L (L being the length of the roll) on a side of the inlet and melt kneading operation is carried out.</p> |
