PURPOSE: A skin cleaning liquid capable of easily cleansing various toxic materials and waste matters adhered to the skin. The cleaning liquid contains natural water as a main component, together with a humectant, minerals and herbal extracts and is thus manufactured simply and cost effectively without the risk of adverse effect on the skin. CONSTITUTION: For the manufacture of the skin cleaning liquid, about 20 to 30% by weight of distilled water is blended with natural water containing sodium, calcium, magnesium or the like at 60deg.C to maintain the pH of the solution to 6 to 7. Thereafter, 2 to 7% by weight of one or more extracts of aloe vera, green tea, herb and essential oils, 2 to 4% by weight of a humectant and 0.01 to 0.07% by weight of natural fragrances are added thereto.
