PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector constituted by a small number of parts and simple in configuration with high sealing performance. SOLUTION: The shield connector 1A has a metal-made cylindrical body part (bracket) 2. A shield wire 20 is passed through the cylindrical body part 2. The cylindrical body 2 includes a press-bonding part 3 having a polygonal section, which is adapted to press-bond inward in the radial direction a braided wire 22 expanded on a sheathing 21 of the shield wire 20, and a fixed piece 4 fixed to a side wall 50a of a housing 50 projected from the middle part in the axial direction toward the outside in the radial direction. A connecting terminal 30 for press-bonding a core 24 of the shield wire 20 and a conductive member 53 of a housing inside HI are fixed to a fixed block 52 by a fastening bolt 54 to attain continuity.
