<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for informing of a mobile phone state in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The control center of this invention includes: a communication system for transmitting/receiving information to/from an external field; and a computer system connected to the communication system to execute a required program and provided with a database of a state of user's mobile phone, a mobile phone state monitor program module and a state notice program module. The mobile phone state monitor program module monitors an event of a mobile phone state change, allows the control enter to update the database of a state of user's mobile phone, utilizes the state notice program module, informs a mobile phone to which the user is set to be a contact person about the state of the user's mobile phone after the revision so that the mobile phone to which the user is set to be a contact person can recognize the state of the revision of the user's mobile phone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
