<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software fault management workflow system capable of efficiently gathering the huge fault information of respective faults generated at developing a software product and accurately and quickly outputting the latest progress conditions of the respective faults. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of management terminals 16 and a server 10 are connected by a network 15, the server 10 having a fault sheet input processing part 11 for inputting fault sheet information constituted of various kinds of fault information from generation to treatment and conclusion from the management terminal 16, preparing it and storing it in a fault management database 14 for each fault generated in the development process of the software product, and a fault progress chart preparation/display part 12 for extracting the progress conditions of each fault from the fault sheet information, preparing a fault progress chart corresponding to the software product and displaying it at the management terminal 16.
