PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording and reproducing apparatus or the like capable of efficiently recording one or a plurality of titles comprising complicated and a huge amount of contents information capable of e.g. interactive or special reproduction on an information recording medium and efficiently reproducing a desired title among them. SOLUTION: The information recording medium includes a file for storing object data forming a series of contents information such as video information and audio information; and a play list information file for storing play list information for specifying its reproduction sequence in the unit of play lists; and also a disk information file for storing a plurality of title play lists including three information items such as information for designating the play list information for specifying the play list to be reproduced, pre-command information and post-command information denoting commands respectively executed before and after reproduction on the basis of the play list information.
