PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure with good operability and capable of freely attaching and detaching a lid simply and stably. SOLUTION: With the lid structure of opening and closing an opening part of a storage space fitted inside a case, the lid is provided with a protruding piece protruded from the lid body outward than the face of the case and a locking protrusion at a peripheral edge of the lid body, while the case has an engagement part at a peripheral edge of the opening part of the storage space inside for free engagement with the locking protrusion. It is so structured that the locking protrusion acts in the direction of getting away from the engagement with the engagement part by elastic deformation of the protruding piece when the lid keeps the opening part shut.
