An electrical charge QA,<SB>m</SB>,<SB>n</SB>that occur in the photodiode PDA,<SB>m</SB>,<SB>n</SB>for monitoring is detected by the first signal processing part 20<SB>m</SB>S, and an opened/closed state of each of switches SW<SB>31</SB>to SW<SB>33</SB>of the second signal processing part 30<SB>m</SB>is set on the basis of the detection results.
