PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a current blow-up device formed of a plurality of chains provided in a rotary shaft or chains with a weight that the impact force by the chains is weak to securely blow a mine up, that a mine buried under the rugged ground can not be blown up by the impact force of the chains, that the impact by the chains is remarkably useless for a mine buried in a recessed place, especially that the impact by the only chains to the predetermined position is hard to expect because the irrelevant movement of the chains are generated by the rotating force, wind pressure and an impact when rotating. SOLUTION: This mine disposal device is formed of a running working machine 1, a protecting cover 2 with a transparent window provided in the working machine, a movable rotary cylindrical body 3 positioned in front of the protecting cover and under the transparent window, a driving means for driving the rotary cylindrical body, a support for supporting multiple chains provided in the rotary cylindrical body, a spherical body 3 provided at an end of the support, and machinery materials for a mowing machine 6 provided at a tip of an arm and/or the working machine.
