PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorbing clip capable of enhancing the working easiness in installing a shock absorbing member to a body and the stability and appearance in the installed condition. SOLUTION: The shock absorbing clip 1 includes the body 2 having a resilient engagement part 54 for mounting and the shock absorbing member 3 mounted on the upper side and is mounted in a mounting hole 71 in a first member 70 through the resilient engagement part 54 so that the first member 70 and a second member 72 can be abutted through the shock absorbing member 3, wherein the shock absorbing member 3 is composed of a shock absorption part 31 abutting to the second member 72, a neck 32 installed under the part 31, and a coupling base 33 connected with the neck 32. The body 2 is located at the head part 41 on the upper side and engaged with the neck 32 and coupling base 33 by moving the neck 32 and base 33 from the periphery of the head 41 in the radial direction toward the center while a mounting hole 40 is provided to hold the shock absorbing member 3.
