PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-form container with a spout member than can provide improved feel of its corners at the time of holding the container body. SOLUTION: The bag is provided with a container body formed in the shape of a bag from flexible sheets and a spout member attached thereto, and the container body has corners at which inner faces at the ends of the sheets are bonded together, wherein one piece of the sheets encloses the edges of the other sheet while being folded back on the outer face side of the other sheet.
