PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door for a vehicle and a door beam for the vehicle capable of corresponding to a lateral collision of the vehicle having different height and improving mounting workability. SOLUTION: The door for the vehicle comprises a door body 1 mounted to the vehicle and the door beam 2 that is fixed to the door body 1 and reinforces the door body 1. The door beam 2 has a lateral beam 3 that has a fixed part 33 fixed to the door body 1 and is extended in the lateral direction, and a branch beam 4 branching to a part other than the fixed part 33 in the lateral beam 3.
