<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring for a bathroom and its maintenance method improving surface cleaning property while holding high hydrophilic performance. <P>SOLUTION: This flooring 10 for the bathroom comprises a base material 11 made of a resin, and a rugged part 12 formed on the surface side of the base material 11. The centerline average roughness Ra of the rugged part 12 is set to 0.1 μm-1.0 μm, the average width to 10 μm-100 μm, and the average space to 1 μm-100 μm.
