REFLECTIVE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove glaringly shining feeling in spite of providing directivity to reflected light from a reflection panel as for a reflective liquid crystal display device.

SOLUTION: After providing distribution of thermally deforming characteristic at least in the thickness direction of the face inside direction of a photosensitive resin 5 having a prescribed film thickness formed on a substrate 1, a recessed and projected wrinkle form 6 is formed on the surface of the resin 5 by thermal treatment and a light reflection film 7 is formed on the wrinkle form 6 to form the reflection panel. Under the photosensitive resin 5, at least two linear recessed and projected pattern elements 2 and 3 whose at least one of directions or shapes are different from each other are arranges lest the same recessed and projected pattern elements 2 and 3 are repeated continuously three times or more. The recessed and projected wrinkle form 6 is constituted along the arrangement of the projected pattern elements 2 and 3.
