PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cylinder-lock mounting structure of a car door capable of reducing mandays on an assembly on the production line of cars without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In the cylinder-lock mounting structure of the car door, a cylinder lock 8 installed to an outer panel 2 for the car door 1, an inner panel 3 integrally mounted on the outer panel 2, a glass window 4 slid in a space between the outer panel 2 and the inner pane 3, a guide member 6 being extended near the rear end section of the cylinder lock 8 and slidably holding the glass window 4 and a bracket 11 with a support shaft hole 11a capable of being engaged with the rear end section of the cylinder lock 8 is secured integrally to the guide member 6.
