<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake rod coupling structure of a drum brake capable of being formed straight approximately. <P>SOLUTION: The tail (male threaded portion 1c) of the brake rod 1 is inserted into a through hole 2a in a pin 2 installed on a cam lever 17 and fixed by an adjusting nut 3. The forefront of the nut 3 is formed in a convex curved surface 3c, while a concave curved surface 2b to be engaged with the convex curved surface 3c swingably to the left and right is formed around the through hole 2a in the pin 2.
