The invention relates to a heat-/and water proof covering with bearing structure (10), comprising a heatproof layer (20) wherein there are placed the profiled members (1 and 22) whereon a waterproof membrane (44) is located, said profiled members (1 and 22) having some orifices (6, 7 and 8 ) placed at equal distances (5), said orifices having U-shaped cross-section, with side arms (2, 3, 26 and 28) protruding partially in the heat-/and waterproof layer. The height of side arms (2, 3, 26 and 28) is less than the thickness of heatproof layer. The profiled members are secured into the bearing structure by means of some screws.
