PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interline rod having improved reactivity of a tip fishing rod, especially reactivity at the end part of the tip side. SOLUTION: The tip fishing rod 4 of this interline rod has two-stage structure comprising a straight tapered part X having no taper change from end part of the tip the side and a tapered part Y which is connected to the side of an interline rod butt and increases its diameter toward the side of the interline rod butt. The length of the straight tapered part X in the axial direction is affected by the whole length of the tip fishing rod 4 in the axial direction and is preferably set in the range of about 100-150 mm. On the other hand, the tapered part Y is a tapered part of about 1.5/1,000-3/1,000. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
