PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate the sensitive organ of a person who desires sleep, to accept the person's intensive reaction to the stimulation, and to analyze the stimulation and the accepted reaction; and also, to generate a next stimulation to promote sleep based on the analyzed result, to apply the stimulation to the person, and to induce the person to sleep.

SOLUTION: This sleep-inducing device is used for a physiological body, and is equipped with a stimulation-imparting unit 20 which imparts the stimulation, and a reaction-accepting unit 30. In this case, the reaction-accepting unit 30 accepts the input reaction when the operated reaction by the physiological body to the stimulation which is imparted by the stimulation-imparting unit 20 is input.
