PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cutting material structure that can improve work efficiency by increasing the function of a polishing-glazing-cutting tool, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: Polyester fiber cloth 10 is cut to form a frame of required form. The polyester fiber cloth 10 is electroplated, and an electroplated metal layer 30 is thickened, and abrasives 20 such as diamond powder or grains are wrapped therein. Diamond layers are electroplated on both faces of the polyester fiber cloth 10 to form a diamond polishing-cutting piece with sandwich layers, wherein the polyester fiber cloth 10 is positioned in the middle of two electroplated polishing layers to form the balance of electroplated polishing layer stress on both sides. The middle polyester fiber cloth 10 is easy to wear in cutting to form a sandwich effect to stabilize cutting of the electroplated polishing layers on both sides, and the cutting face is stable with excellent quality without collapse.
