PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force-feeder of excellent practicability capable of force- feeding slurry in a stable state, and a wet blasting device. SOLUTION: In this force-feeder for force-feeding the slurry 20 with abrasive grains mixed in liquid, a rotating shaft 3 is provided inside a body 1, and a pair of collar parts 6a, 6b for guiding the passing slurry 20 are provided in the passing direction of the slurry 20. The rotating shaft 3 is additionally provided with a rotation body 4. The rotation body 4 is disposed to be positioned between the collar parts 6a, 6b provided in parallel. Passing parts 2a, 2b, 2c are provided between the rotation body 4 and the inner surface of the body 1, and between the collar parts 6a, 6b and the front and rear faces in the passing direction of the slurry 20 in the rotation body 4. The passing part 2b between the rotation body 4 and the inner surface of the body 1 is provided with a guide part 8 with which the slurry 20 led in from the passing part 2a between the front face of the rotation body and the collar part 6a collides so as to be guided into the passing part 2c between the rear face of the rotation body 4 and the collar part 6b.
