PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent insole which enables fine adjustments to fit each person's sole of the foot, shows excellent durability and a close contact performance to the sole of the foot, hardly cause muscular fatigue, and gives a natural and comfortable fitness. SOLUTION: The insole has a structure with a synthetic resin plate (3), a base body (2), and a fabric (1) abutting on the sole of the foot which are superposed in order and are attached in the proximity of the heel parts of the base body (2) and the synthetic resin plate (3). The synthetic resin plate (3) covers from the heel part to the plantar arch on the underside of the base body (2). The insole holds a first adjusting member (6) tightly between the fabric (1) abutting on the sole of the foot and the base body (2) at a position to fit the user's sole of the foot, and holds a second adjusting member (7) to adjust the inclining surface of the base body (2) tightly between the base body (2) and the synthetic resin plate (3).
