PURPOSE: A high efficiency power generating system is provided to achieve maximized efficiency, while reducing energy consumption and environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency power generating system(10) comprises a cylindrical member(1) having a plurality of weights(7) each of which has a predetermined weight; a rod member(2) penetrating through the cylindrical member, and which has an end bent outward from the cylindrical member and extended in both directions; weight members(11,12) hinge-coupled to both ends of the rod member in such a manner that the weight members are rotatable; an elastic member(4) for interconnecting the rod member and the cylindrical member; a plurality of electromagnets(5a,5b) arranged in both directions of the rod member, and which transmit magnetic forces; a solar heat cell(8) for generating current; and an electronic switch for repeatedly applying the current generated from the solar heat cell to the electromagnets. The rod member and the weight members rotate by the magnetic forces generated from each of electromagnets, and the cylindrical member rotates by the tension forces generated from the elastic member. |
