PURPOSE: A rotatable liquid spray device is provided to spray liquid in all directions through the rotation of a nozzle so as to reduce required capacities of a pump and an air compressor thus reducing costs of installation and management. CONSTITUTION: The rotatable liquid spray device comprises a housing(30) formed with at least one fluid supply port, a rotator(40) installed inside the housing so as to be coupled to a driving motor through a shaft, the rotator being formed with a fluid channel communicating with the fluid supply port, and a nozzle(50) communicating with the fluid channel so as to spray liquid to the outside.
