PURPOSE: Provided is a heat mat which infiltrates only the heat and the far-infrared radiation doing good to the human body inside human body concentrically, and emits the air heated inside a space defined by mat and cover element outside freely. CONSTITUTION: The heat mat comprises a body(1), a heat plate(4) for generating the heat, a cover element(10) and a switching unit of the cover element. The heat mat especially provided with a moxibustion device for pressing vertebra meridians and radiating far-infrared is characterized in that a switchable cover element(10) is attached to the center of the top side of the mat, the cover element(10) is driven by a motor and at least one side of the cover element(10) is open so that the heated air emitted from the heat plate(4) is emitted freely outside the space defined by the mat and cover element(10).
