PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-cooled compressor which properly controls discharge temperature and suppresses noise without wastefully using an energy. SOLUTION: This oil-cooled compressor 1A comprises a motor 32 driving a cooling fan 33 and increasing or decreasing an air volume blown to an air- cooled oil cooler 28 by varying the rotational speed of the cooling fan to control the temperature of oil in the air-cooled oil cooler 28, a discharged gas temperature detector 5 detecting the temperature of the gas discharged from a compressor body 22, and a control part having a controller 6 for controlling the rotational speed of the motor 32 to blow air volume to the air-cooled oil cooler 28 for holding the discharge temperature detected by the discharged gas temperature detector 5 in a range of oil temperatures higher than those in which moisture contained in the gas is condensed and deposited.
