PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction hose having reinforcing cords 1 in which the hose body 2 is reinforced with the cords 1, the risk that the hose is distorted by eventual application of a vacuum to inside the hose body 2 is eliminated, its easy bending and easy performance of the operations are assured, and lightweight construction and also suppressing a material cost are embodied. SOLUTION: The reinforcing cords 1 are wound round the hose body 2 spirally and attached firmly, and the hose body 2 is made of soft plastic, while the cords 1 are molded from a foaming hard plastic material.
