<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card and a noncontact IC card processing system and processing method that enable a selection of a card to be used on the basis of a card budget balance, a card use state and the like when a plurality of noncontact IC cards are used simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: As an initial response of the noncontact IC card to an external device, the noncontact IC card transmits budget balance data to the external device. When a plurality of noncontact IC cards in a stack are processed simultaneously in the external device, the external device determines processing order of the plurality of noncontact IC cards on the basis of the received balance data on the plurality of noncontact IC cards, and selects and processes the noncontact IC card that has the lowest balance data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
