The machine has between two and six circular or octagonal clamps (1) set back to back or in a star formation on a rotary platform (2) mounted by rollers (3) on a base (4) with optional wheels (5). Each clamp is in two halves (6, 7), opened and closed by at least one power cylinder (25) attached to the platform and pivoted to the end of a rocking arm (26, 28) on a central support (31). As each clamp is filled it is rotated about the central support, placing the next one opposite the loading position.
