PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel stretched on a structural axis member formed of a longitudinal axis member such as a column or a strut and a horizontal member such as a girth or a beam, which has excellent heat insulation and is capable of preventing generation of dew condensation. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure of a wall panel, a heat insulating material 2 is fixed to the back of a panel main body 1, an elastic seal material 4 is fitted to the interior side end part of one side end face of the heat insulating material 2, and a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 5 is fitted to the end facing to the interior side in the other end face with the other half part projected outward. In construction by fitting the heat insulating material 2 in a space part surrounded with the adjacent longitudinal axis member 11, 11 and the upper and lower horizontal member 12, 12, the elastic seal material 4 is pressed to the side end face of the opposite longitudinal axis member 11, and an opening end of a gap 7 formed between the other side end face of the elastic seal material 4 and the longitudinal axis member 11 is sealed with the pressure sensitive tape 5.
