The chair has a leg unit (11), a front bar part (12) connected thereto and a backrest bar (13) set above the leg unit and connected to same. A flexible fabric seat (2) is formed with a tunnel (21) drawn onto the front bar (12) and a tunnel (22) drawn onto the backrest bar. The fabric is divided into a seat part extending from the tunnel back from the seat front and a backrest part extending up and inclined away from the seat and connected to the backrest tunnel. A cord (3) connects the angle (23) of the flexible seat and leg unit to fix the angle on the leg unit and backrest bar.
