PURPOSE: An OLIS(Online Lotto Issuing System) and a processing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily buy an online lotto and simultaneously use a bank service and a credit card service through an ATM(Automate Teller Machine) by linking a bank server with the OLIS. CONSTITUTION: The ATMs(ATM1-ATMn) perform the key input and the signal transmission for various kinds of bank businesses based on the information of an inserted card, process the account inquiry, transfer, and deposit according to the received data, enable the user to buy the online lotto, and output the lotto buying information to a receipt. The bank server(BS) certifies the card by receiving the information requesting a bank business service and the lotto buying information from the ATMs(ATM1-ATMn), and processes the bank business and an online lotto buying price. The OLIS(OLIS) registers the buying information by receiving the account information and the online lotto buying information from the ATMs(ATM1-ATMn) via the bank server(BS), transmits the registration information to the bank server(BS), and processes the drawing and a prize of the online lotto.
