SIDE WALL WINDING DEVICE OF TIRE

PURPOSE: A sidewall winding device is provided to minimize material distortion when winding the sidewall preventing folding and rumpling of the sidewall material. CONSTITUTION: In a device to introduce a sidewall material(1) through an introducing belt conveyor(2) to wind in a winding bobbin(3), a moving type cutter(4) is installed in the introducing belt conveyor to cut the sidewall material. A densor(5) and a relieving device(6) are mounted to compensate driving speed difference of a first winding bobbin(3a) and the introducing conveyor belt. An elastic belt conveyor(7) is installed between the densor and the relieving device to guide the sidewall material to a second winding bobbin(3b).
