PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the kneading uniformity of kneaded matter of a polyolefin resin and a liquid when polyolefin kneaded matter containing an excessive liquid is manufactured from the polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: When the polyolefin kneaded matter containing the excessive liquid is manufactured from the polyolefin resin, a continuous kneader is used and the liquid is injected in the continuous kneader in an amount more excessive than that of the polyolefin resin from at least one liquid supply part provided on the downstream side of a polyolefin resin supply part, and at least one polyolefin kneaded matter filling part is provided on the upstream side of the pressure raising part provided to the leading end of the continuous kneader. The polyolefin resin and the liquid are kneaded between the pressure raising part and the filling part so that kneaded intermediate matter becomes a lumpy state with a size of 2-20 mm. The kneading uniformity of the kneaded matter of the polyolefin resin and the liquid can be enhanced in a high discharge amount. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
