AUTOMATED STATION FOR CUTTING AND WELDING METALLIC STRUCTURES

FIELD: equipment for making metallic products, possibly laser and(or) electric arc welding of metallic structures. SUBSTANCE: automated station is provided with transporting and transferring apparatuses mounted according to technological process and connected one with another; one or several apparatuses for electric arc gas-shield cutting and welding; one or several lasers for welding and cutting. Automated station is also provided with device for controlling intensity of electric arc current, welding rate and feed speed of additive materials depending upon gap width between welded parts. EFFECT: minimized thermal deformations of welded structures, lowered time period of manufacturing process, enhanced efficiency due to matching volume of welded on metal with gap width between welded parts and due to elimination of excessive strengthening of welded seams. 1 dwg
