PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for changing one dialog system to another dialog system without causing a user any language trouble. SOLUTION: This system changes an original dialog system 1 which communicates with a user using a voice recognition and/or voice output unit 6 to a target dialog system which communicates with the user using a voice recognition and/or voice output unit 7. It is possible to set a language for the unit 7 of the target system 2. The original dialog system 1 transmits a language information parameter P<SB>2</SB>to the target dialog system 2. As a result, the language used by the original dialog system to communicate with the user is identified.
