摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel alignment method and system capable of surely averting the generation of air bubbles without changing the characteristics of an adhesive in spite of minor deviation in the parallelism of both substrates and in spite of minor variation in the liquid level height of the adhesive during coating by superposing the two substrates to be subjected to panel alignment across the adhesive in proximity to each other at a high speed (≥1 mm/s) relating to the panel alignment of a panel alignment type optical disk. SOLUTION: Relating to the panel alignment method for the panel alignment type optical disk using the radial UV curing adhesive, the two substrates are superposed on each other while the lower substrate coated with the adhesive is vibrated, by which the top surface of the adhesive applied to the lower substrate is brought into contact with the rear surface of the upper substrate under vibration in a vertical direction and the contact of the rear surface of the upper substrate and the top surface of the adhesive is initiated from a point contact in multiple positions and therefore the intrusion of the air bubbles into the adhesive layer by making surface-to-surface contact in starting the contact is effectively prevented.
