In the purchasable case, a commodity is discharged to a discharge part 104. A sales result data management part 126 memorizes data of the sales date and time or the like together with the personal information acquired through the sales aye-and-nay determination part 122 and a control part 125, stores the data in a storage part 127, and transmits the data to an administration center 140 through a communication part 128 and a communication network 130.
