PURPOSE: A wood processing device is provided to favorably grip logs, regardless of the caliber difference or the surface condition of logs, and to move logs in a regular speed and process the surface of logs in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION: A wood processing device is composed of a supply feeding part(200) and a cutting part. The supply feeding part has first and second side frames(210,220) crosswise combined and rotated at both sides, a pair of first connecting shafts(212) connecting both ends of the first side frame, a pair of first feed gears(214) fixed to each first connecting shaft and contacted to both sides of a log, a pair of second connecting shafts(222) connecting both ends of the second side frame respectively, a second feed gear(224) fixed to each second connecting shaft and contacted to both ends of the log, and a pair of first springs(240) elastically pressurizing the upside of the first and second frames. The cutting part includes a fixing block having an inclination expansion unit entered with the log passing through the supply feeding unit and the inclination expansion unit having a plurality of incision units and a first passing hole serially formed from the inclination expansion unit, and a cutting edge combined to each incision unit to cut the surface of the log. Therefore, the wood processing device easily grips and moves the log regardless of the diameter of the log, and cuts the surface thereof and makes the log into a cylindrical shape by expanding the first and second connecting shafts upward and downward with the first spring and by making the first and second feed gears press the log.
