<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module the rear-surface side protective member of which is lightweight and does not become rusty. <P>SOLUTION: This solar battery module 10A is provided with an FRP substrate 12A on the non lightreceiving surface side and manufactured through a sticking step in which an EVA film 13B is superimposed upon the substrate 12A and stuck to the substrate 12A by heating. The occurrence of bubbling is prevented at the time of sticking the film 13B to the substrate 12A by preheating the substrate 12A before the film 13B is stuck to the substrate 12A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
